During his 14 seasons with the Broncos, he led the team to consecutive&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Super_Bowl\">Super Bowl<\/a>&nbsp;victories in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Super_Bowl_XXXII\">XXXII<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Super_Bowl_XXXIII\">XXXIII<\/a>, including the franchise&#8217;s first NFL title in the former. His head coaching career spanned a total of 20 seasons and also included stints with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Los_Angeles_Raiders\">Los Angeles Raiders<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Washington_Redskins\">Washington Redskins<\/a>.
